I Deserve Better" is the hard-hitting story that goes toe-to-toe with the raw realities of domestic violence. It’s the story of Keshia, an extraordinary student, with a bright future ahead of her. The biggest obstacle in her path is the love she has for Kevin, her hot tempered abusive boyfriend with a mean jealous streak. The abuse Keshia endures takes a devastating toll on her family and friends. No matter who comes to her aid or speaks out against the abuse. They all fear what the future may hold if Keshia doesn’t get out of this relationship soon.
